How to send a message using the contact form?

Contact us using the contact form contact form allows you to contact us in a quick and convenient way.

Thanks to the form, you will deal with the most important matters faster.

As our customer, use the contact form available in the customer panel and you will be identified faster. Your message will go directly to the right person in the Customer Support Department.

See below how to use our new functionality.

  • Log in to the website.
  • Select “Contact form” tab in the side menu.
  • Click on the “Open a new ticket” button.
  • Select a category and specify the subject of your entry.
  • Before contacting us, please read the articles in the FAQ section. We may have already answered your question.
  • If you have not found an answer to your question – please contact us. Select the appropriate form and complete the mandatory fields marked * and click “Send”. We will reply to your message as soon as possible.
  • After clicking on the “Send” button, your inquiry will be added to the list of tickets where you can view and manage it.
