How do I change my contact details?

Change the contact details

Log in to and go to “Settings”. You can modify the company’s name, the e-mail address, phone number and the bank account. You can also change the password.

You have the option to choose the format you wish to print the waybill.

By accessing the Customer Panel, you can change the invoice address in the “Address book”. In case you changed the fiscal identification number (CUI), it is mandatory that you open a new account, then contact your account manager from the sales department.

Make the necessary changes and press “Save”.

Please note that the changes are not retroactive. Invoices issued before the changes were made will contain the previous data.
