Adding an address to the address book – “Address book” tab
After logging into the system, select the “Address book” tab in the side menu.
Click on the “Add new address” button.
A new window will open in the section “Add new address to book”. Fill in the appropriate fields.
In the field “Friendly name – you can give the address your own friendly name,
Complete the data in the address fields. Remember that courier companies require the correct format for address data.
By clicking on the “Set as default” button, you can set the selected address as the default address.
After filling in all the fields, confirm the data with the “Save” button.
Adding an address to the address book – form
Fill in the address details of the sender (“Collection address”) or recipient (“Delivery address”) on the “Add parcel” order form.
When you have completed your details, click on the button “Add address to the address book”.
An additional field “Enter a friendly address name” will be displayed. Enter your own name for this contact.
Confirm the data with the “Save” button
Editing a contact in the address book
After logging into the system, select the “Address book” tab in the side menu.
Click on the “Edit” button on the right side of the address.
The system will display the “Edit address” window. After making changes, confirm them with the “Save” button.
Deleting a contact from the address book
Once logged into the system, select the “Address book” tab in the side menu.
Click on the “Delete” button on the right side of the address.
The system will display a window asking “Are you sure you want to delete this entry?”. You will confirm the deletion with the “OK” button.
